We’ve got some neat updates for you today!

Firstly, as always, thank you so very much for supporting us along the way! I’m going to begin album art design soon and if anyone knows any photographers I can contact, please let me know through DM’s or social media or discord!

Album Updates

This week, I’ve changed the way I mix down the album to create a seamless listen which will be closer to the final product once it’s out!

I’ve also made some slight changes to the mix of the album thanks to some new techniques I’ve been learning from Nail the Mix! Let me know if you hear anything still whacky that I can change! As a reminder, I will NOT be responsible for the final mix/master. We’re going to fly to Knoxville, TN in October to complete the album. 🙂

Alex and I have been revising the overall production of the album by adding and modifying songs here and there. Adding bass, guitar, ambiance, etc. We’ve also begun working on a new song, Track 9 in this week’s listen. 🙂 It has a very “Melting Sun” vibe, which we LOVE.

Band Updates

I, Nico, have been streaming Monday, Wednesday, and Friday around 12pm PST varying between video games, music creation, and community engagement with reactions and discussion. Moreover, I finally got my 8 string Agile back from my dude Josh and I’m thinking of possibilities for a project akin to Neverbreath that I can complete in a week after the new Kardashev album is complete. 🙂

Mark has fully moved into his new condo and got his studio setup for reaction videos, lessons, and hopefully some vocal recording at home. He had a heart operation and the verdict was that he doesn’t have any issues with his heart and you can learn more here.

Alex has been working with me on the album as I stated, but he is also working on music independently and is for hire here. If you’re an aspiring musician, I’d highly recommend reaching out to him to get some sick guitar or bass added to your music!

Sean took a hit with his business a month or two ago when two of his lead employees put in their two week’s notice and he has been dedicating much of his time to resolving that, but he has committed to finalizing the drums for the new album by the end of this week, so I look forward to sharing those with you on the next update!
